How ordering works
Find a baker
Shops are listed by where they are — pick your region, city and barangay, or search for what you want. Every shop is a registered business: the BIR requires it of online sellers, and we check.
Order ahead, pay online
Home bakers bake to order, so each shop says how much notice it needs. Pick pickup or delivery and a time, then pay with GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph or a card. Your order goes to the baker the moment it’s paid. There is no cash on delivery.
Delivery
Bakers who deliver book the courier themselves and state one delivery fee, which goes to them in full. The shop page says how they deliver and where.
If something goes wrong
For 24 hours after you receive an order, open it under Orders and choose “Report a problem”. After that, contact the baker directly — their number is on your order.
Receipts and invoices
Your receipt on Baery confirms what you paid. The official BIR invoice comes from the baker, who is the seller.
Bake for a living?
Baery is free to use, and takes 18% of the goods only when you sell through the marketplace. Sell on Baery.
